All orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Please allow 5-7 days for processing and 5-8 days for standard delivery. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfillment center.

RETURNS
We offer returns on any candle that has not been burned. If for some reason you do not want a product or if you believe your package has been lost, please let us know by sending an email to: orders.cocobolocandles@gmail.com.
All of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
We will replace or refund products damaged during shipment, please email photo of damaged product to: orders.cocobolocandles@gmail.com, within 7 days of delivery.
You may return your unused product within 14 days of purchase.
The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
Within 14 days of your order, please send an email to orders.cocobolocandles@gmail.com with a return request, letting us know the reason for your return.
Please be sure that your package is returned using the bubble and paper that it was packed in or something similar. Be sure that the candles are protected and packed securely so that they arrive in good condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns, please save tracking information.
